1. Products & Custom Orders
- All our products are handmade/curated with devotion, which may result in minor variations in color, embroidery, or fabric from the displayed images.
- Custom orders (for birthdays, anniversaries, satsangs, or return gifts) are made as per the specifications shared by the customer and are non-cancellable once confirmed.
2. Pricing & Payments
- Prices are listed in INR (₹). International customers may be charged in their local currency depending on payment gateway.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. However, confirmed orders will not be affected.
- Full payment is required to confirm an order.
3. Shipping & Delivery
- We provide pan-India and international delivery.
- Standard delivery timeline within India: 5–7 business days for ready stock.
- Custom orders or international deliveries may take longer depending on location and design requirements.
- Shipping charges are additional and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
4. Returns & Exchanges
- As these are devotional products, we only accept returns or exchanges in case of:
- Defective product
- Wrong item delivered
- Requests for return/exchange must be made within 48 hours of delivery by contacting us on WhatsApp or Instagram.
- Products must be unused and in original condition for a valid return/exchange.
5. Care Instructions
- Cholas: Gentle hand wash or dry clean recommended. Avoid harsh detergents.
- Shukrana Mats: Gentle hand wash, air dry only.
- Any misuse or improper handling of products will not be covered under our responsibility.
6. Privacy & Data Protection
- Customer details shared with Gurujis Aura (such as name, address, contact number) are kept confidential and used only for processing orders.
- We do not share personal information with third parties.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- All products are crafted with devotion and care. Gurujis Aura is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages once the product has been delivered in good condition.
