At Gurujis Aura, every product is created with devotion and care. Since these are sacred and devotional offerings, we follow a simple and transparent return policy to maintain sanctity and fairness.
1. Eligibility for Return/Exchange
- Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:
- The product delivered is defective
- The product received is different from what you ordered
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition/packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Customized or personalized Cholas and items made on special request (birthdays, anniversaries, return gifts, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Products damaged due to misuse, washing errors, or improper handling are not eligible.
3. Return/Exchange Process
- You must raise a return/exchange request within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or Instagram.
- Once approved, you will be guided on how to return the product.
- Shipping costs for returning the item are to be borne by the customer unless the error is on our side.
4. Refunds
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed only in cases where a replacement is not possible.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item.
5. Exchanges
- If the product is eligible for exchange, we will send a replacement of the same or similar value.
- For custom orders, exchanges are not available.
