Eligibility for Return\/Exchange<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Returns or exchanges are accepted <strong>only if<\/strong>:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The product delivered is <strong>defective<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product received is <strong>different from what you ordered<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products must be <strong>unused, unwashed, and in their original condition\/packaging<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Non-Returnable Items<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customized or personalized Cholas and items made on special request (birthdays, anniversaries, return gifts, etc.) cannot be returned or exchanged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Products damaged due to <strong>misuse, washing errors, or improper handling<\/strong> are not eligible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Return\/Exchange Process<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>You must raise a return\/exchange request within <strong>48 hours of delivery<\/strong> via WhatsApp or Instagram.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once approved, you will be guided on how to return the product.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Shipping costs for returning the item are to be borne by the customer unless the error is on our side.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Refunds<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Refunds (if applicable) will be processed <strong>only in cases where a replacement is not possible<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds are issued to the <strong>original payment method<\/strong> within <strong>7\u201310 business days<\/strong> after inspection of the returned item.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.
